Classic Beef and Red Wine Ravioli
A traditional Ligurian recipe of freshly-frozen artisan pasta filled with slow-cooked tender beef and pork, chopped chard, vegetables with red wine and creamy Italian ricotta cheese.

Plunge into salted boiling water from frozen. As soon as the water starts boiling again, gently stir and let cook for about 1 minute. These cooking instructions are a guide only.
Delicious served with olive oil, grated Parmesan and a garnish of Rocket leaves.

PASTA: soft wheat flour, eggs (20%), durum wheat semolina, water, sunflower oil.
STUFFING: Chards 36%, ricotta cheese (milk whey and cream, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt), beef and pork meat 21%, grated cheese (milk, rennet, salt, preservative: lysozyme egg protein), sautéd mixture of finely chopped vegetables (celery, carrots, onions), red wine (contains sulphites), sunflower oil, potato flakes, basil, salt, garlic, rosemary, sage, nutmeg, marjoram.
It may contain soy.
