Beef, Horseradish & Cheese Roulade

Flaky puff pastry swirl combining hand-selected prime British beef, with a sprinkling of red fox cheese and a hint of horseradish. An impressively simple, yet stylish supper.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen on a baking tray in the centre of the oven at 180ºC  Fan/ Gas Mark 6 / 400ºF for at  35 – 40 minutes
until pastry is golden brown.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
