Sweet Potato & Goats’ Cheese Roulade

Delicious puff pastry swirl combing the perfect flavour mix of creamy goats’ cheese, spinach, roasted sweet potato and a little kick of chilli. An extremely tasty vegetarian option.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 – 40 minutes at 180ºC  Fan/ Gas Mark 6 / 400ºF
until pastry is golden brown.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
