Smoked Haddock Parcel

A golden puff pastry parcel bursting with the flavours of smoked haddock, herbs, spices and a sweet, sharp pop of redcurrants; all brought together in a creamy sauce. Just perfect!

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray and cook at 180ºC Fan/Gas Mark 6 for
35 – 40 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
