Jumbo Cod Fish Fingers

A super-sized finger of prime cod fillet, coated in crisp breadcrumb with a hint of lemon.  Comfort food at its finest! Dig in with chunky steak house fries and peas. Or create a posh fish finger sarnie with some ciabatta and a dollop of tartar sauce.

 

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.
Oven: Place on a baking sheet and cook at 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7 for 20 minutes turning once, halfway through.
Deep-fry: Heat oil to 180ºC and cook for 10 minutes.
Air fry: Heat air fryer to 180°C. Place fish fingers in a single layer and cook for 13 minutes, turning half way. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving

Cod (Fish) (63%), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Potato Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Maize Starch, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Thickening Agent (E415), Dextrose.
