Mixed White Fishcake
Mixed white fish with potato. Coated in a crispy breadcrumb
Cook from frozen
Oven: Place on a baking tray and cook at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 20-22 minutes.
Grill: Medium heat for 6-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Fry: In oil on a medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
Deep fry: In pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Minced White Fish (35%), Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Dehydrated Potato, Salt, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Onion, Parsley, Oregano, Acid: Citric Acid; White Pepper, Natural Parsley Flavouring, Garlic, Raising Agent: Ammonium Carbonate.
