Blueberry Danish

A flaky, golden pastry plait filled with blueberries and a creamy custard. Perfect for a lazy brunch with tea or coffee

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 220°C Fan/Gas Mark 9, then reduce to 190°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 20 – 23 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool and crisp up for 5 minutes.
