Rhubarb with a hint of ginger topped with a traditional sweet crumble.

A delicious, comforting, classic pudding loved by the whole family.  Serve with custard, ice-cream or cream.

Serves 2-3

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.

Remove film lid, place on a baking tray in a preheated oven, at  180◦C, for 45-50 mins
