Frozen Berries with Hot White Chocolate Sauce
500g field fare Frozen Woodland Fruit
100g good-quality white chocolate, chopped
250ml double cream
So quick and simple, perfect for entertaining.
About 30 mins before serving, divide the frozen berries between 6 plates.
Just before serving, put the white chocolate and double cream in a small pan over a medium-low heat, until melted.
Smooth and hot and pour over the chocolate sauce over the berries.
