Delicately spiced white frozen rice with cauliflower florets, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, red peppers, red onions and spinach leaf.

Place in frying pan or wok.
Add 2 tablespoons of water.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes on a high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for 8-10 minutes.
Check product is piping hot throughout before serving.
