Tender Vegetables with Prawns
A delicious frozen vegetable medley of grilled aubergine, tender asparagus, garlic shoots, diced tomatoes and white onion with peeled raw plump prawns. Ready to stir fry
Place the contents of the pack in a frying pan or wok.
Add a little oil.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes on a high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for 6-8 minutes.
Check product is piping hot throughout before serving.
