A light and fluffy pastry twist filled with a creamy onion and Emmental béchamel sauce sprinkled with quinoa and nigella seeds.

Cooking Instructions

Place on a baking tray and defrost for around 30-45 minutes at room temperature.  Oven cook for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 until pastry is cooked throughout.

May contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds and soya.
