Tuscan Roasting Vegetables

A beautiful balance of whole cherry tomatoes, roasted Borettane onions, whole roasted potatoes and grilled courgette.  Quick and easy roasted vegetables – delicious roasted with a little olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen with a little olive oil in a shallow roasting tray at 180ºC Fan /400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes.
