Mozzarella Bites

Mmmmm, the perfect mouthful of crispy, melted mozzarella heaven! Encased in a golden, herbed crumb… one will never be enough!

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray and cook at 200°C Fan / 425°F / Gas Mark 7 for 8-9 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: 180°C for 4 – 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Air fry: Place in a single layer in the basket & cook at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning half way. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
