Rustic Roasted Vegetable Tart

A rainbow of delicious roasted Mediterranean vegetables with a rich tomato sauce, encased in a basil and polenta pastry base. Big enough to share… but you may not want to!

Cooking Instructions

Leave in foil and cook from frozen at 140ºC Fan / Gas Mark 3 for 25 minutes. Remove foil before serving. Eat within 3 days.
