Cod & Prawn Thai Fishcakes
Fragrant and lightly spiced fishcakes made with MSC cod and prawns and coated in a golden gluten free batter*
Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 200ºC/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for about 20 minutes turning once
Grill: Medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side.
Fry: In oil over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Deep fry: In pre-heated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes.
