Cod & Prawn Thai Fishcakes

Fragrant and lightly spiced fishcakes made with MSC cod and prawns and coated in a golden batter.  A delicious easy meal, just serve with stir-fried veg and a little sweet chilli sauce.

WARNING: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 180ºC Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for about 20 minutes turning once.
Grill: Medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side.
Fry: In oil over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Deep fry: In pre-heated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes
Air fry: Place the product in a single layer and cook at 180°C for 14 minutes, turning half way. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
