Tiger Prawn & Ginger Naked Fishcake

Succulent whole tiger prawns with crushed potato, creamy mayonnaise and a cheeky little ginger kick make these fishcakes delicious meal heroes.  Serve with a thai-style salad and jasmine rice.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Brush with oil then place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 / 400°F and cook for 30 – 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
