
Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup field fare frozen raspberries, plus more for serving
¾ Cup unsweetened coconut milk non-dairy beverage
2 tspn honey
½ tspn vanilla extract
Toasted unsweetened coconut, optional
Step 1
In a blender, puree berries, milk, honey, and vanilla until very smooth.
Step 2
Top with extra berries and toasted coconut, if desired.
