Ingredients
¾ cup field fare frozen blueberries
1 cup field fare frozen raspberries
5 prunes
1 banana
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
1 cup / 250ml milk of your choice
Method
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, thats it, simple as that.
