Ingredients

¾ cup field fare frozen blueberries
1 cup field fare frozen raspberries
5 prunes
1 banana
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
1 cup / 250ml milk of your choice

Method

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, thats it, simple as that.

Berry antioxidant smoothie is, as the name suggests, an antioxidant boost.

This smoothie is made from blueberries, raspberries and prunes. Yes, prunes!

Not only do prunes taste amazing, they are extremely high in antioxidants, very closely followed by blueberries and raspberries.
