Venison and Roasted Root Vegetable Casserole
Venison from Home Farm in Yorkshire. Simply braised with red wine, a medley of celeriac, carrots and swede, then oven roasted with rosemary.
For best results, oven cook from frozen.
OVEN: Pre-heated oven 200°C/Fan assisted oven 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce film several times, place dish on baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove film and cook for a further 25 minutes. Stir carefully and serve.
MICROWAVE: Cat E (950W). Pierce film, cook on high heat for 4 minutes. Stir. Cook on high heat for a further 4 minutes.
