A classic mix of frozen summer berries - Raspberries, Camarossa Strawberries, Blackberries, Redcurrants & Blackcurrants - perfect for making Summer pudding, Eton Mess, a Smoothie and so much more.

Cooking Instructions

Recipe Suggestion – Summer Pudding

Gently cook about 1kg of fruit with 275g sugar for about 5 minutes.  Line a 1.7 litre pudding bowl with thin slices of white bread.  Fill with fruit and cover with slices of bread.  Place weights on top and chill overnight.  To serve turn out onto a flat serving plate.

Or blend with a glug of fruit juice to make delicious home made smoothie.
