Spicy Quinoa, Beetroot & Edamame Burger
Vegan burger made with quinoa, beetroot & edamame beans, a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds and a hint of chilli.
Gluten Free but as sold loose cross contamination may occur.
Cook from frozen. Deep Fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 7-8 minutes.
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven and the baking tray to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4. Brush both sides of the burger with vegetable oil. Place on the baking tray and cook for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
