Bite sized succulent frozen salmon fishcakes coated in a crispy crumb.

Delicious as a starter or part of a main meal.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.

Deep fry: hot oil (180ºC) for 5-6 minutes.

Shallow fry: medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Grill: 10-12 minutes.
