Moules Marinière (Mussels)
Whole shell rope cultured mussels cooked in a creamy white wine sauce.
Delicious with a chunk of fresh bread and a glass of chilled white wine.
Simply warm through and serve.
Should there be any shells that have not opened, do not attempt to open and eat them.
