Lemon & Pepper Dusted Haddock Fillets
Succulent chunks of MSC haddock dusted in a delicate lemon & pepper crumb.
Pre-heat oven to 220°C, and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Grill for 8-10 minutes at medium to high setting until golden brown, turning occasioanly during grilling.
Pre-heat oil to 180°C, and fry for 6-8 minutes. Drain well before serving.
