Coq au Vin
A traditional French recipe of thyme and garlic marinated chicken thighs, sauteed in a pan with cured bacon, button mushrooms, roasted baby onions and lashings of Bordeaux wine. Simply delicious!

For best results oven cook from frozen.
Pre-heated oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6/Fan assisted oven 180°C.
Pierce film, place on a baking tray, and pop in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove film and cook for a further 10-15 minutes and serve.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
