Smoked Haddock Parcel

A golden puff pastry parcel bursting with the flavours of smoked haddock, herbs, spices and a sweet, sharp pop of redcurrants; all brought together in a creamy sauce. Just perfect!

WARNING: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C Fan/390°F/Gas Mark 6 for 35-40 minutes.
