Caramelised Red Onion and Goats' Cheese Tart
A short pastry case filled with caramelised onions and topped with creamy goat’s cheese
Cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and bake in oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot throughout.

Onions (40%), Goats’ Cheese (15% (pasteurised goats MILK, salt, starter, lactic ferments, rennet, penicillium)) (MILK), sugar, white wine vinegar (antioxidant:sulphur dioxide), vegetable fatl, balsamic vinegar (concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, antioxidant: potassium metabisulpite SULPHITES), thyme, parsley, salt, pepper.
