Lentil and Vegetable Burger
Meat free and delicious, great served in a bun or with a salad or veg!
Low in fat and packed full of protein and fibre lentils have been found in the tombs of Ancient Egyptians.
Great for vegetarians.
Cook from frozen.
Shallow fry in pre-heated oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Deep fry in pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
