Cod and prawn with subtle Thai spices coated in a seasoned gluten free crumb.**

Delicious as a starter or part of a light meal.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.

Deep fry: in pre-heated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes.

Oven bake: place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 18-20 minutes.

Grill: under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side.

Shallow fry: in oil over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
