Salmon and Asparagus Gratin
 

Chunky pieces of prime salmon and tender asparagus tips with a white wine sauce, covered in slices of potato ready for browning in the oven.

Available in both single and double portions

Cooking Instructions

For best results oven cook from frozen.

OVEN:  Pre-heated oven 200°C/400°F/Fan assisted oven 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce film several times, place dish on baking tray.  Cook for 20 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove film and cook for a further 25 minutes and serve.

MICROWAVE:  Cat E (950W).
Pierce film, cook on high heat for 3 minutes.  Stir.  Cook on high heat for a further 3 minutes.

Please ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.
