Peas, Beans and Asparagus
A freshly frozen medley of petits pois, broad beans and asparagus cuts and tips.
Delicious as a meal accompaniment or added to a risotto.
Cook from frozen.
Simmer gently in lightly salted water or steam until tender.
Add to a risotto approximately 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
