Lean minced beef, tomatoes, basil, oregano and a good slug of red wine cooked long and slow, topped with a creamy cheese sauce.

For best results oven cook from frozen.
OVEN: Pre-heated oven 200°C/400°F/Fan assisted oven 180°C.
Remove sleeve, pierce film several times, place dish on baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove film and cook for a further 25 minutes and serve.
MICROWAVE: Cat E (950W).
Pierce film, cook on high heat for 9 minutes.
(Optional- place under a pre-heated grill to brown the top).
