Chorizo Sausage Roll
A delicious variation to the classic sausage roll. Slightly spicy chorizo and sausage meat in a light puff pastry. Great on its own or with a salad for a light lunch or supper.
Always cook from frozen.
Arrange frozen products on a baking tray and place into a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
