Butternut Squash, Goats’ Cheese and Leek Pie
Slow roasted sweet butternut squash, creamy goats' cheese and leeks encased in a shortcrust pastry base topped with a puff pastry lid.
Suitable for vegetarians
Remove all packaging except foil. Brush top of pie with a beaten egg or milk. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190ºC/375°F/Gas Mark 5/Fan Oven 180°C, for 35-40 minutes until piping hot throughout.
