Here at field fare we have a diverse range of frozen foods that we carefully select to make sure that the products we supply are top quality. Wherever possible we source from the UK – something that is not as easy as it sounds! Many of our suppliers have their own story to tell:

Peas from Yorkshire

field fare peas, broad beans and petits pois are grown, picked and frozen by a family business based in Yorkshire. The current farmer is the third generation to grow peas and beans on the 3000 acre farm. They are frozen on-site in their state-of-the art facility within minutes of being harvested to retain maximum freshness and goodness.

As well as growing the best peas in England (in our opinion!) they take a proactive approach to enhancing their natural asset and encouraging wildlife. This includes planting several thousand native trees, reclaiming some ancient English woodland and encouraging as much wildlife as possible to the farm.

French Patisserie

Our croissants, pain au chocolat and pains aux raisins are imported direct from France so you can be sure to get that genuine French taste. They are made using quality ingredients to authentic and traditional recipes by a family firm that has been in business nearly 40 years. Our croissants are made with 100% butter, and boast one of the highest butter contents for this type of patisserie. Great for taste and a fabulous treat, but maybe not so good for the waistline!

Scottish Raspberries

Our Scottish raspberries are grown on a family farm in Fife, renowned for the quality of their soft fruits. They are frozen within hours of picking to ensure that they retain maximum taste and freshness. The farm is also one of our customers, stocking the field fare range in their farm shop.
